Chef Brandt is a graduate of CIA, Hyde Park, NY and has also completed an apprenticeship at The Greenbrier, WV. Introduced into the restaurant scene at age 15, Chef Brandt worked at many establishments, such as The Golden Pheasant in Erwinna, PA, South City Kitchen in Atlanta, GA and The Food Studio (owned and operated by Fifth Group Restaurants) in Atlanta, GA. From there, Chris joined Roux 3 in Philadelphia, PA. In 2004, he opened the Ocean Room Restaurant at the acclaimed Mobil 5 Star, AAA 5 Diamond hotel, The Sanctuary on Kiawah Island, SC as the Chef for their signature restaurant. Now settled right here in Rochester, Chris invites you into his kitchen at Tastings.
